Welcome to Live Vibes Only! Whether you’re here as an influencer, a brand partner, or a merch shopper, we want your experience to be smooth and transparent. Here’s what you need to know.

If you sign with us, we’ll help negotiate deals, manage partnerships, and get you paid. In return, you agree to:

• Create original, high-quality content.
   
• Follow deadlines, brand rules, and disclosure laws.
   
• Let us take our agreed commission before paying out your earnings.
   

We’ll always be upfront with you about rates, timelines, and campaign details.

We love creating merch you’ll actually want to wear or use!

• Product Details – We do our best to describe products accurately, but colors, sizing, or designs may look slightly different in person.
   
• Payments – You pay in full at checkout. Prices may change without notice.
   
• Shipping – We ship as quickly as we can, but delivery times are estimates. We’re not responsible for carrier delays.
   
• Returns – You can return unused, unworn items within 15 days (unless it’s a digital product, which is non-refundable). You’ll need to cover return shipping unless the item is defective.
   

• Influencers keep ownership of their own content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• All merch designs and our brand materials belong to us (or the influencer they’re tied to). Please don’t copy or resell them without permission.
   

Everyone we work with—whether influencer, brand, or customer—must follow applicable laws, advertising guidelines, and good business practices.

We’re not responsible for:

• Lost profits or missed opportunities.
   
• Shipping delays outside our control.
   
• Any issues caused by breaking these terms.
   

If we need to, we can pause or end a service, order, or account (for example, if someone breaks these terms).

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post them here and the changes will take effect immediately.
